“I spotted these two Corellas while travelling through Parachilna, a tiny spot within the Flinders Ranges where the desert feels endless and quiet. Watching the two embrace like the rest of the world didn’t matter reminded me of the bond we have with our loves ones. It was such a tender moment in such a rugged place, Ijustknew I had to paint it.To me, Entwined embodies the concept of connection, between animals, between land and life, and between stillness and movement.”
