This show is about relationships and connection.
Relationships have always been important to me. I think they're the making of you, in both your work and your life. They shape you day to day, and my work echoes those tiny, easily-missed scraps of humanity we see and hear around us, the ones we naturally move toward. In the landscape, I see stories.
This body of work anthropomorphises rocks - what they remind me of, the language they bring to mind, and the smiles that follow. Rocks can bring solace, warmth and shelter. They're beautiful. Family, friendship and community life do the same for me. The show includes both large and small pieces, and I'm excited to share it with you.
