When I can’t find the words, I paint. It’s my way of expressing and reflecting on the little things in life that move me; like wind brushing between the trees, bees humming over flowers, or clouds dancing across the sky. These small, intimate moments bring me joy. Through gestural brush strokes, I work layers of colour into the canvas, as I try to hold onto those moments of happiness. My work is about noticing what might be easily missed and help offer a sense of grounding to daily routines. Happiness Will Make You Wonder is a reminder to slow down and see the beauty that’s always around us.
